I am a Certified Empowerment Coach from the IPEC Coaching Institute and a member of the International Coaches Federation. I do individual, couples and corporate coaching.

Along with coaching, I am a Reiki Master and a student in A COURSE IN MIRACLES.  Before entering the world of coaching, I was a theater professional and still am a proud member of the Actor's Equity Association. In addition to acting, I co-founded and managed a highly successful children's theater.
