This ESI Workshop™ consists of a didactic session followed by simulations with professional actors. After the workshop, learners can participate in weekly, 1-1 follow-up coaching sessions with a facilitator for additional support as they integrate their new coaching skills into working with their teams.

Why simulation?

The tools for coaching, in and of themselves, are easy to understand; the challenge lies in the execution of these tools, especially when on the spot with one’s team. Our simulations are designed to provide safe, calibrated encounters enabling participants to “try on” skills and gain experience in order to access effective tools when immersed in their everyday work situations.
