Role play with professional actors.

Simulations allow participants opportunities to practice their newly acquired skills in simulations in order to move from proficiency to excellence in a safe, non-judgmental environment before having to engage with their subordinates and customers.

“But how did I do?”

After each simulation, your team will receive immediate feedback from the actors on what they saw, heard, and experienced during the simulation. This feedback gives your team valuable information about the effectiveness of their communication.

Results are important!

Using simulation, we can also provide formative and summative skill assessments to document the progress your team has made and recognize those who might need a bit more assistance.

Taking new skills back to the office can be a challenge.

To ensure that participants have the support they need to integrate their new skills into their work, we offer follow-up coaching opportunities.

Each participant receives coaching sessions with one of our experts to debrief their current, workplace communication obstacles and to strategize solutions for immediate, real-time results.

Six-month and/or one-year “tune-up” coaching sessions are also available.
