BY THE END OF THIS COURSE, PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Identify what makes a great presentation
Explore how to find and utilize their authentic voice and unique attributes
Experiment with how to engage an audience
Combat nervousness and get centered and present when speaking
Explore solutions for audience members who are distracted, rude, or over participate.
This ESI Workshop™ consists of a didactic session followed by simulations. After the workshop, learners can participate in weekly, 1-1 follow-up coaching sessions with a facilitator for additional support as they integrate new skills into their presentations.
Why simulation?
The tools for effective public speaking, in and of themselves, are easy to understand; the challenge lies in the execution of them- especially when nervous. Our simulations are designed to provide safe, calibrated encounters enabling participants to “try on” skills and gain experience in order to access their skills when immersed in their presentations.
