About Bob

Bob Kiser is a successful author, speaker, radio-show host, coach and mediator. His mission is to partner with clients to help them let go of fear to embody their authentic selves. This gentle process creates sustainable change by building a strong foundation on the client’s own strengths and uniqueness. Whether an individual, couple or corporation, Bob’s clients, after working with him, leave feeling inspired and empowered.

As the author of “Create the Life of Your Dreams” and host of Chicago WGHC’s “Perfect Detours,” Bob has been a speaker for a variety of national and international audiences. He is known for his highly interactive presentations that leave audiences charged and motivated. He also conducts workshops for smaller groups on more specific obstacles. Motivation, fear-busting and conflict resolution are just a few of his most popular topics. Having been an actor, Bob is completely comfortable speaking to large groups or appearing in front of the camera.

In addition to his private practice, Bob also serves as the Associate Director of the Simulation and Integrative Learning Institute in the Department of Medical Education at the University of Illinois @ Chicago. The center provides simulated clinical experiences for healthcare students and residents that focus on communication, interpersonal skill building, and combating biases. He is also a mediator for UIC through the Office of Access and Equity.

He received his coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and mediation certificates from Northwestern University and Chicago’s Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR).

Bob is available for leadership coaching, workplace conflict management consulting and speaking engagements.
